Directions for Use
Adults – Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects.

Zinc 15 mg, Selenomethionine 372.6 microgram, equiv. Selenium 150 microgram, Lycopene 15 mg, Urtica dioica (Nettle) ext. 18.75 mg, derived from dry root 300 mg. Contains encapsulating aids and colouring substances.

Allergen Information
NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds. No artificial flavours.

Storage
Store below 25ºC in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.

Warnings
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be
exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains Soya bean products, sulfites and traces of pollen.
