Thompson’s Natural Liquid Calcium combines calcium with vitamin D3 to:

Calcium may help support healthy bone density when dietary intake is inadequate. Women's calcium requirements are also increased after menopause.

Directions for Use
Adults – Take one to three capsules daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredients
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Calcium carbonate 906.74 mg, equiv. to Calcium 350 mg, Colecalciferol 8.33 microgram, equiv. to Vitamin D3 333 IU. Contains encapsulating aids and colouring substances.

This particular product does not contain herbs.
